1. Chrysler Corporation - Jeep CJ Cases

Attorney Cabaniss has compiled an extensive set of public and internal documents detailing Chrysler's knowledge of the stability, handling, occupant protection and corrosion defects of its Jeep CJ vehicles. Included in this collection are the "Foreman" documents, worker's compensation documents detailing injuries to Jeep employees, underlying Milliken-Rice documents, extensive marketing and advertising materials including Jeep television advertising, crash test reports, durability test reports and crash test films. 2. General Motors Corporation - Rear Lap Belt - No Shoulder Belt

Attorney Cabaniss has an extensive library of public and internal documents detailing General Motors' knowledge of rear lap belts as injury enhancers. Included in the library are the following: scientific literature detailing the nature and hazards associated with rear lap belts, internal General Motors documents and meeting minutes detailing its knowledge of the hazard, crash test reports, film and other discovery items. Also included is testimony of the following General Motors employees: Louis Lundstrom, Edward McKenna, Kenneth Orlowski, Robert Sinke and Richard Studer.

3. Toyota Seat Belt - Slack

Attorney Cabaniss' library includes extensive public and internal documents detailing Toyota's failure to design, test and address slack induced injuries during rollover accidents. Included in the library are the following: public and scientific articles, NHTSA correspondence and documents, Toyota crash test and films, Toyota documents and testimony of the following Toyota employees: Masanao Motonami and Thomas Tiede.

4. Cessna T-210 Fuel System Design - Crashworthiness

Attorney Cabaniss has an extensive collection of scientific and internal Cessna documents detailing its knowledge of the feasibility and safety of general aviation crashworthy fuel system designs. Attorney Cabaniss has an extensive library of internal marketing documents, complaint letters and test and engineering blueprints detailing the hazards associated with the transmission used on Polaris' all-terrain vehicles. Included in the library are marketing materials and video tapes as well as the testimony of Polaris employee, Chuck Baxter.

9. Chrysler Dodge Aries - Park to Reverse

Attorney Cabaniss' library includes public and internal Chrysler documents detailing the park to reverse hazards associated with the Chrysler Dodge Aries and Chrysler mini-vans. Included in the library are interrogatories and document requests. Depositions are on file from William R. Kittle and John Koepele.

10. Ford Bronco - Fiberglass Roof

Attorney Cabaniss' library includes marketing, advertising and engineering documents regarding the design, development and testing of the fiberglass roof for the full size Ford Bronco.
