Proven Results – Personal Attention
Cabaniss Law with offices in Milwaukee and Scottsdale is a law firm with a solid track record of success in prosecuting and trying a broad spectrum of legal actions in both State and Federal courts around the country, obtaining significant jury verdicts for plaintiffs in personal injury, product liability, legal malpractice and medical malpractice.
Unlike the mega law firms advertising heavily on TV, Cabaniss Law is not juggling thousands of cases, often handled by junior attorneys, associates and staffers. Your case receives the personal attention of John Cabaniss. Having both an engineering and a law degree enables me to work closely with engineering experts in accident reconstruction and product liability cases, and to have insights that are a decided advantage in building your case. Whether your case is large or small, you will benefit from the experience and courtroom acumen that has resulted in millions of dollars in awards to clients of Cabaniss Law.
Maximum Results – An Attorney that Actually Goes to Trial
The key to maximizing an award is the willingness to go to trial. There are lawyers who advertise that they settle over 90% of their cases without going to court. Cabaniss Law puts 80%-90% of our cases in suit because our experience is that we consistently recover more monies for our clients by doing that. Even when a case does result in a settlement, awards are higher when an insurance company realizes you have an attorney who will not hesitate to go to trial. I’ve achieved significant results for our clients even when they had been faced with a zero offer – because I take our cases to trial.
How can a small legal firm handle the largest, most complex personal injury, product liability, legal malpractice and medical malpractice cases?
Simple. When a case requires it, I team with seasoned specialists in that particular realm of litigation. When you work with Cabaniss Law, you’ll know you are represented by the best possible legal team for your case. And the fee is fixed. The number of attorneys or support staff on your case does not increase the cost to you.
